1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction. Accounts found to be operated by minors will be suspended and balances forfeited.

2. Fair Play

All outcomes are generated either by a certified RNG (slots, instant games) or by the live-studio operator (live casino). Any attempt to manipulate game results, exploit bugs, or collude with other players will result in account termination.

3. Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in real time based on the official result reported by the game provider. In the event of a provider-side error, we reserve the right to reverse the transaction and credit the original stake.

4. Disputes

Any dispute regarding the outcome of a game must be raised within 48 hours via our support channel. The game provider's server log is the final authority.
